What i offer

Types of training

I work with all abilities and ages. I offer personal training, endurance coaching, life coaching, nutritional guidance and corrective exercises to help you live a long and meaningful life.

Endurance Coaching

I help athletes become their best selves on and off the race course. My approach is fun and gentle. We will work on preventing injury, balancing life and training, nutrition, race strategy and more! I believe that proper recovery is the key to progress in your sport and will work closely with you to ensure you are training at YOUR body’s pace.

Personal Training

I offer personal training through Zoom and can work with up to four clients at a time. We focus on having fun, proper form and recovery. My training methods are created to help you work on functional methods to help you improve balance, posture and your overall well-being. During the winter I offer in person training in Cave Creek, Arizona at Vitality Health and Fitness.

Training Plans

I offer generic training plans and custom training plans. These are designed for the athlete looking for structure but a more hands off approach. The custom training plans are built to ensure your training fits into your life and goes at YOUR body’s pace to ensure proper recovery and life balance.

I LISTEN

Everyone wants to be heard. I listen to what you are looking for, how you are feeling and what your goals/struggles are. I want to know how you are feeling, sleeping, eating, recovering and if you are having fun. By listening to you I can create a meaningful training plan that you will enjoy.

INJURY PREVENTION

We will work together to deal with small twinges and tweaks early to prevent them from turning into injuries. I work closely with a physical therapist and if you need to have some more help and guidance for an injury the three of us will work together to keep you training so that you don’t lose fitness while injured.

EDUCATION

I believe that your training with me should be an educational experience. I encourage my athletes to learn about their bodies needs, learn how to decide when to train and when to rest, learn about how their body functions and on a cellular level how training and recovery affect your mind/body connection and learn how to balance their lives and training so that they can live a long, meaningful and healthy life.

Yes, once you adapt to using Zoom you will find that training in the comfort of your own home can be fun and rewarding!

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can also switch between any plan each month.

Are you insured?

I carry liability insurance through my business and can provide documentation if needed.

How does billing work?

I use a simple subscription platform that allows you to sign up and cancel your subscription at any time before the next cycle renews.

How do I change my personal info?

You can update name, email address and other personal information by emailing me.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, you can. Please reach out if you need any paperwork from me.
