
Custom One on One Coaching
This is the premium package. You will receive one on one coaching. I limit the number of athletes I work with to ensure you receive the attention you need to excel in your training and personal life! Significant others are always welcome to join in on your meetings to ensure you work your life around your training instead of your training around your life.
This package includes:
- weekly 30 minute Zoom meetings
- customized endurance training plan
- strength training
- mobility exercises
- mindfulness exercises
- generalized nutritional guidance and a referral to a nutritionist for a more specific nutrition plan
- generalized key workouts to address pre-injuries and referral to my preferred physical therapist when needed
- unlimited communication through Training Peaks
- Premium Athlete plan on Training Peaks
- Race day nutrition and strategy planning
- Guidance on overcoming trauma and PTSD
- Discounts from gear and nutrition companies

Limited to 10 athletes

Custom Coaching
- Monthly coaching with less of a hands on approach than the one on one coaching. You will still have weekly communication with your coach and a monthly Zoom meeting to keep you on track!
This plan includes:
- 1x a month 30 minute Zoom meeting
- Weekly check-ins via Training Peaks or email
- Weekly adjustments to your schedule to allow working your training into your life instead of your life around your training
- Strength training
- Mobility
- Mindfulness exercises
- Training plan for endurance
- Additional Zoom meetings available for purchase to discuss training, nutrition and race strategy or training struggles ($50)
- Training Plans are designed in Training Peaks to allow for easy tracking.
Investment: $200 a month

Custom Training Plan
- 12 week custom training plan designed to work into your lifestyle and life commitments. This is for the athlete who wants to have a custom schedule but does not need to meet regularly to discuss training.
This plan includes:
- 60 minute initial Zoom meeting to design your schedule
- Schedule designed to work around your work and personal life commitments
- Strength training
- Mobility
- Mindfulness exercises
- Training plan for endurance
- Additional Zoom meetings available for purchase to discuss training, nutrition and race strategy or training struggles ($50)
- Training Plans are designed in Training Peaks
